We start by understanding our client’s current challenges; what they have tried in the past, what has worked, and what has not. During this process we learn as much as we can about their business, their internal processes, company culture, customer DNA, and current sales and marketing initiatives.
We use specialized tools and processes to map out the direction and actions needed to get the business on track for long-term success and growth. To start this process we ask two questions, “Where are you now?” point “A” and “Where do you want to take your business?” point “B”. From there, we set goals; a course of action “The Plan”, implement change management, and then establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to measure the success to point “B”.
