Jason is a strong leader and executive with over 20 years of experience. He founded and exited a successful niche startup with almost 200 employees that disrupted a $70 billion industry.
Some highlights of his strengths include creating high-growth environments, business operations and efficiencies, process automation, problem solving, and building winning teams.
Jason has successfully managed world-class teams by inspiring, motivating and challenging employees to peak performance and ultimately becoming the company’s best brand ambassadors.
He is passionate about helping fellow entrepreneurs increase their profits by analyzing critical business components, identifying growth opportunities as well as internal deficiencies, and then developing a customized strategic plan for business success.
Jason started his career in sales and marketing in the technology sector working for companies like Realtor.com and Monster.com. He was fortunate and humbled to have been mentored by some of the best marketing and technology professionals at that time.
On a personal note, Jason is extremely grateful for the many years of patience and support by his amazing wife, Wendi. Together they are proud of their three kids, Jared, Jillian and Jenna. Their oldest, Jared, just started college at Washington University in St. Louis which has been a been a big adjustment for all of them. Fortunately, their youngest, Jenna, has been keeping everyone very busy with her new love of Volleyball. When time permits, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, travelling, reading and keeping up with the latest technology.
